Blessings

Hello!

We have Pearl's passport and visa! It's a wonderful feeling to know she is ready to become an American citizen as soon as we arrive on US soil.

We'd like to share how we've been blessed since we have arrived in Guatemala:

1. Our coordinator, Pedro is a gift from God. He has gone out of his way to help us while we have been here. He arranged for Pearl to see a pediatrician with no notice since she has been running a fever for the past few days. He picked us up at the hotel, drove us to the doctor, stayed with us during our appointment and translated for us. He also chose to pick up Pearl's visa at the US Embassy this afternoon so we didn't have to go back out. He is so kind and we are so thankful for him.

2. We've all been praying for Pearl's foster family and asking God to give her comfort as Pearl left her home. Yesterday we asked Pedro how our foster mom was doing without Pearl and he explained that just this Monday she received a baby to foster and she was very busy with the newborn and it was actually great timing for Pearl to leave. Isn't that awesome? God works everything out and His timing is just perfect!

Thanks again for your prayers!

Jack and Susan
